By accessing or using the 89dd platform — including its website, mobile browser interface, games, sportsbook, live casino, and any associated services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Your acceptance of these Terms is indicated by any one of the following actions: (a) ticking the "I agree to the Terms & Conditions" checkbox during the account registration process; (b) completing the account registration process; or (c) accessing or using any feature of the 89dd platform after these Terms have been made available to you.

If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a third party or any legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that party to these Terms. If you do not have such authority, you must not proceed.

These Terms apply to all players accessing the 89dd platform from Bangladesh, including players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh, regardless of the device or connection type used.

2.1 Minimum Age. The 89dd platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. 89dd reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Where a player is found to be under 21, the account will be immediately and permanently closed, all pending bets will be voided, and any balance remaining will be returned to the player less any bonuses received.

2.2 One Account Per Player. Each individual is entitled to hold only one active 89dd account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same identity or different personal details — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonus-derived winnings held within them.

2.3 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number linked to your preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay). Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC). 89dd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification before your first withdrawal is processed or at any time 89dd deems necessary. Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe will result in withdrawal processing being suspended.

2.5 Restricted Persons. You must not register an account or use the 89dd platform if: (a) you are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law; (b) you are an employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of 89dd or any of its game content suppliers; (c) you have previously been self-excluded from the 89dd platform and your exclusion period has not expired.

3.1 Credential Security. You are solely responsible for keeping your 89dd username, password, and any OTP codes confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 89dd will never ask for your password by email, phone call, or SMS.

3.2 Unauthorised Access. If you become aware that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 89dd immediately by contacting [email protected] and must change your password without delay. 89dd accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

3.3 Account Activity. You are responsible for all bets, deposits, and withdrawals placed from your account, whether or not you authorised them, unless you have notified 89dd of a security breach in accordance with clause 3.2 above and 89dd has confirmed receipt of that notification.

3.4 Inactive Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as inactive. 89dd will send an email notification to the registered address before applying an inactivity administration fee of ৳100 per month to the account balance. If the account balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Players may reactivate an account at any time by logging in and verifying their identity.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 89dd currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay mobile wallets, as well as selected Bangladeshi bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Available methods are subject to change; the current list is displayed on the Cashier page within your account.

4.2 Deposit Limits. The minimum deposit is ৳200. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. All deposits are credited to your 89dd account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests to verified mobile wallets are processed within 15 to 30 minutes during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one Bangladeshi business day. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals may only be sent to a payment method that is registered in the same name as the 89dd account holder.

4.4 Own Funds Requirement. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. 89dd does not accept deposits from third-party sources. Any deposit found to originate from a payment method not registered to the account holder will be reversed and the account will be suspended pending investigation.

4.5 Currency. All account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 89dd does not convert foreign currency deposits and does not accept international payment methods.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 89dd are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion. Where these general Terms conflict with a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term takes precedence for that offer only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Bets placed with bonus funds that do not meet the minimum odds threshold will not count toward wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. 89dd monitors betting patterns for signs of bonus abuse. Activities that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: placing opposing bets on the same market to guarantee a profit (arbitrage); using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; and systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have promotional funds removed and may be permanently restricted from future promotions.

5.4 89dd's Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions. 89dd reserves the right to modify the terms of any active promotion or to withdraw a promotion entirely at any time, with reasonable prior notice where practicable. Modification of a promotion does not entitle players to compensation for any expected benefit not yet realised.

6.1 Bet Acceptance. A bet is not accepted until 89dd has confirmed it and a bet reference number has been issued to your account. In cases of technical failure, connectivity disruption, or system error that prevents a bet confirmation being generated, the bet will be deemed void and any stake will be returned.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the point of bet placement. 89dd reserves the right to adjust individual account stake limits at its discretion, including in response to betting patterns that indicate professional or sharp betting behaviour inconsistent with the recreational nature of the platform.

6.3 Obvious Errors. 89dd reserves the right to void bets that were placed at prices or conditions that were clearly erroneous — for example, due to a data feed error that caused a market to be priced incorrectly. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account in full.

6.4 In-Play Betting. In-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of live data feeds. 89dd does not guarantee the continuous availability of in-play markets for any event. In-play odds are updated in real time; the odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that will apply to the bet.

6.5 Match Abandonment and Postponement. For cricket markets, if a match is abandoned or officially postponed before the minimum number of overs required for a result to be declared (as defined by the applicable competition rules) has been completed, all affected bets will be void and stakes returned. Specific settlement rules for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and bilateral series are published in the Cricket Betting Rules section of the 89dd platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 89dd platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may result in reporting to appropriate law enforcement or financial authorities:

• Using the platform to launder money or to process funds of illegal origin;
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or KYC;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional mechanics;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software tools to place bets, access account features, or exploit platform mechanics;
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing or spot-fixing on any sporting event available on the 89dd sportsbook;
• Accessing the platform via a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to circumvent geographic or access restrictions;
• Exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities in the platform rather than reporting them to 89dd support;
• Registering an account for another individual, including a minor, and operating it on their behalf;
• Conducting any form of commercial betting operation through a personal 89dd account.

89dd is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players. The platform provides the following self-management tools, which are available to every account holder free of charge and with immediate effect:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly caps on the total amount that may be deposited;
• Loss limits: Caps on net losses over defined time periods;
• Session time alerts: Notifications triggered after a specified period of continuous platform activity;
• Self-exclusion: Temporary or permanent suspension of account access at the player's own request, available for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or redistribute any platform content; reverse-engineer or decompile any platform software; remove or alter any proprietary notices; or use 89dd's branding in any context not expressly authorised in writing by 89dd.

Game content provided by third-party suppliers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe) is subject to those suppliers' own intellectual property rights. 89dd does not claim ownership of third-party game content.

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 89dd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from or connected to your use of the platform, including losses arising from: betting outcomes; platform downtime or technical interruptions; delays in payment processing; or reliance on any information displayed on the platform.

10.2 89dd does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, and connectivity issues beyond 89dd's reasonable control may temporarily affect service availability. 89dd will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

10.3 Nothing in these Terms limits 89dd's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

89dd collects, processes, and retains personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

89dd uses the personal data you provide for the following purposes: account administration and identity verification; payment processing and fraud prevention; compliance with anti-money-laundering obligations; delivery of platform communications and promotional offers (where opted in); and customer support.

89dd does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processing partners, game content suppliers, and identity verification service providers as strictly necessary to operate the platform and comply with applicable legal obligations.

89dd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, 89dd will provide at least 14 days' notice by posting the updated Terms on the platform and, where practicable, by notifying registered players via email to their registered address.

Your continued use of the 89dd platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the 89dd platform's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally through 89dd's customer support process will be referred to binding arbitration, the details of which will be communicated to the player at the time the dispute is escalated.

Nothing in this clause prevents a player from raising a complaint directly with 89dd's customer support team as a first step. 89dd is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and transparently, and will provide a written response to any formal complaint within 5 Bangladeshi business days of receipt.
